I’m Bishal, and I’m building Welcome Home Companions here in the Columbus area. I want families to know the person behind the name and feel comfortable asking questions before inviting anyone into a loved one’s home.

Service is part of my life.

I serve in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Military service has taught me to take responsibility, be reliable, and look after the people around me. Those values shape how I want this business to operate: with clear communication, respect for people’s time, and care in the details.

I’ve also completed CPR and First Aid training. Preparation matters to me, and I’m working through the requirements for our planned services before visits begin.

Faith inspires my commitment to others.

I am a Christian, and my faith helped inspire my desire to serve and care for others. For me, that starts with kindness, humility, and treating every person with dignity.

Built around the person, not a checklist.

My hope is to create space for the things that make someone feel like themselves: their stories, their interests, and the connections they enjoy. I want to listen first, explain our limits honestly, and build trust one conversation at a time.
