You decide when to send.

The form prepares a message on your device and opens your email app. It does not upload form entries to a website database or send an email automatically. The copy option copies your inquiry to your device’s clipboard when supported.

If you send the email, Bishal receives the contact information and message you choose to include and uses it to respond to your inquiry. Your email provider and the receiving email service process that message under their own policies. Ordinary email is not a suitable place for medical records or sensitive financial information.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in promotional email or texting. Please share only your own contact details or details you have permission to provide. No payment or client intake records are collected through this form.

This site does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage for inquiry entries. The website host may process routine technical access information to operate the site.

Customer reviews and permission

Customer stories may be featured after client visits begin. We will ask for permission before publishing a testimonial and agree on the name or initials shown. Please do not include medical details or information about another person without their permission. Reviews are not published automatically.
